Very frost hardy, fast-growing, large-leaved cress with a nutty, pungent taste.
The variety is very productive and lasts even longer after pruning. The plants thrive best in sunny locations with nutrient-rich soil. During the winter, the variety can also be used as green manure and at the same time produces fresh green for the kitchen in the cold season.
